WHY IS AMELIE GALLERY SO DIFFERENT?


The Amelie concept

Amelie is an innovative gallery format that combines:
- A merchant site: amelie-paris.com
- And spaces that allow you to see "in real life" the works that appeal to you
These spaces - which we call Art Room - are unique, they are dressed like apartments to help you project more easily!

How does the site work?


Amelie presents the work of hundred contemporary artists, all mediums confused and every month we present on the site the new works of some of our artists.


I do not receive your invitations, how should I receive them?
We invite you to register on the newsletter by entering your address in the box at the bottom right of the homepage. If you do not receive our e-mails we invite you to check your spam and different tabs of your e-mail and to add contact@amelie-paris.com in your address book.

I would like to offer a gift card, is it possible?
Our e-gift cards are available here.


What is the Amelie app?
We have developed this application to share with you our news and help you project more and simulate the hanging of some works at home. We invite you to download our free IOS app available on iPhone and iPad. To download it, go to the App Store on your iPhone.


Can I see the work "in real life" before buying it on the site?
Yes, and it's our strength! As it is very difficult to make a decision and to project without seeing a work, we created our concept of Art Room: large apartments in which we invite you to come and see the works that interest you.


WORKS AND SERVICES


Can I choose the framing?


On the presentation cards of each work, the presence or absence of the supervision is specified. In most cases, we provide coaching, the price of which is included in the price of the work. When indicated "optional", we offer it to you and you can choose it after the order.
When it says "yes", the work is already framed. On the other hand when it is indicated "no", the framing is not planned and is at your expense. If you wish, we can of course take care of it for you according to your instructions.
We can also change at your expense a framing in case you do not like it (we work with an excellent framer).


Can I make a special / custom order?
If you can not find your happiness on our site know

i) that all the works of our artists are not presented,

ii) that we are able to do specific research according to your desires and

iii) that our artists realize often special commissions and orders. We invite you to contact us and we will be happy to make proposals.


How to have a guarantee on the authenticity of works?
All works are delivered with its certificate of authenticity and the artist's catalog when possible.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE ART ROOM


The Art Room is located at 18 rue Séguier, 75006 Paris,  and is open to the public Monday to Friday from 9am to 19pm and Monday to Sunday by appointment on time of your choice.


How does the Art Room work?
We remind you that the Art Room is a large apartment where we receive you to discover the works in situ: in a living room, a room, a billiard room, etc. If you want to see a particular work that you have posted on the site or just discover various works in a warm place, make an appointment in the Art Room here.

DELIVERY


In which countries do you ship?


We deliver anywhere in the world.


Delivery times and costs from France
For orders placed online from France, works are shipped within 3 to 10 days. All works exhibited in the Art Rooms are available directly.
If an order is urgent, we can organize deliveries within 3 hours by courier in Paris only.
The cost of deliveries depends on the size and nature of the work and therefore varies between 20 € and 200 € on average. Deliveries are free when the works are collected in one of our Art Rooms.


Delivery times and costs from abroad
For orders placed online from a foreign country, works are shipped within 10 to 20 days depending on the country of destination. Transportation is organized with our partner specialized carrier.
The cost of deliveries depends on the size and nature of the work and therefore varies between 40 € and 500 € on average.


Will I have to pay customs duties?
For all deliveries in the European Union, no customs fees apply, so you will not have to pay customs fees. For any delivery outside the EU, customs duties may apply depending on the country.


RETURNS & REFUNDS


If the work I ordered does not please me at the reception, what should I do?
Amelie allows you to return your artwork for free within 15 days of receiving it. For that, it will be necessary to pack the work according to our indications and to put you in touch with our Customer service (contact@amelie-paris.com) so that we organize the return transport under the same conditions secure as the outgoing. We will send you a return slip and a carrier will then come to your home to pick up the work.


How long will I be reimbursed?
Return parcels take about 5 working days to be delivered after deposit. We advise you to carefully keep your tracking numbers.
Once your parcel has been received, leave us a few days and we will let you know when the parcel has been made, ie one week to 10 days after the date of return.
