Designed as part of a series, each piece is unique because it is handmade. For the artist, the clay is a constrasted material both a play dough and an ancestral medium, accessible and uncontrollable, which adapts for tiny objects as much as for large scale objects ( from beads to construction work ). It's a soft material with a tense aspect, a hard object with a soft appearance, clay allows to explore the themes of constrast and balance which were always present in her design and scenography works.
